2 Days | Class based & Online

This two-day introductory/intermediate course equips professionals with the skills to plan, manage, and track projects effectively using Microsoft Project. Through practical, hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to build project schedules, allocate resources, visualise progress, and summarise key tasks using industry-standard tools and views. The course provides a clear understanding of Microsoft Project’s role within the broader project management framework and demonstrates how to apply its core features to develop, maintain, and communicate a robust project plan.

Apply resource levelling strategies to balance workloads and maintain realistic schedules.
  7. Managing Constraints, Deadlines, and Task Flexibility
Control task behaviours, set limits, and manage changes without compromising plan integrity.
  8. Tracking Progress and Updating the Project Plan
Record actuals, compare performance against the baseline, and evaluate progress using key tracking tools.
