Understanding Behaviour for Enhanced Communication & Leadership Using DISC®

Clear, adaptive communication is a vital advantage in today’s fast-paced, people-driven workplaces. This course introduces the Extended DISC® behaviour assessment as a powerful tool for improving communication and enhancing workplace culture. Participants will learn how to identify and understand the different DISC® personality types, recognise their own communication styles, and adapt their interactions to foster more effective collaboration. Participants will explore the four Extended DISC® styles, gain insight into their own communication and leadership preferences, and learn how to recognise the behavioural patterns of others. With these insights, they’ll develop the flexibility to modify their approach to build stronger connections, reduce misunderstandings, and lead with greater emotional intelligence. Whether you’re leading a team, collaborating cross-functionally, or managing client relationships, this course equips you with practical strategies to improve communication, resolve interpersonal friction, and create a more productive, respectful, and psychologically safe workplace. By leveraging DISC® insights, teams can reduce misunderstandings, build stronger relationships, and create a more inclusive and productive work environment.
