0.5 Day | Class-based

Based on Stephen MR Covey’s ‘Speed of Trust’, this session addresses the importance of trust as a critical and measurable factor that influences all aspects of life and business. The course analyses how high trust accelerates success, reduces costs, and improves relationships, while low trust slows progress, reduces morale, and increases expenses. The course provides a framework of essential behaviours and core principles (Integrity, Intent, Capabilities, and Results) that can be developed to build and sustain trust in both professional and personal settings.

This course is ideal for leaders, managers, teams, and professionals at all levels who want to strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and increase organisational effectiveness through the power of trust. It is especially valuable for organisations undergoing change, managing remote or hybrid teams, or seeking to build a high-trust, high-performance culture.

By the end of this Start with Trust course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the impact of trust on performance, relationships, and organisational outcomes, based on Stephen M.R. Covey’s Speed of Trust framework.
  • Distinguish between high-trust and low-trust environments and how each influences speed, cost, morale, and innovation.
  • Apply the Four Cores of Credibility—Integrity, Intent, Capabilities, and Results—to build trust in their professional and personal interactions.

  • Create a personal or team trust plan to strengthen culture, improve collaboration, and sustain high-trust working relationships.
