- Introduction to SharePoint for Modern Collaboration
Gain a clear understanding of SharePoint’s purpose and structure, learn how it differs from OneDrive, navigate team sites with confidence, and follow sites to stay connected to relevant information. - Managing Documents in SharePoint Libraries
Work effectively with document libraries by creating folders, generating new files, and using online and desktop apps. Apply essential document management practices including autosave, co-authoring, check-in/check-out, moving and copying files, sharing securely, reviewing access, and restoring previous versions. - Creating and Managing SharePoint Lists
Build and customise lists using various column types, apply different view options, and enhance list readability with conditional formatting to support data-driven workflows. - Designing Pages and Using Web Parts
Create and structure modern SharePoint pages by adding sections and configuring web parts such as text, images, people, quick links, and weather. Edit, rearrange, and publish pages to improve site communication and engagement. - Working with Views for Enhanced Navigation and Reporting
Create, save, and customise views to control how information is displayed, including calendar views that support task and event-based workflows. - Effective Searching in SharePoint Online
Use powerful search tools to locate sites, documents, and information quickly, and refine search results to improve accuracy and productivity.
