Fatigue is a critical safety and productivity issue that affects all industries, particularly those with extended hours, shift work, and high-risk environments such as transport, mining, construction, and logistics. This one-day training course is designed specifically for leaders, supervisors, and managers who have a duty to manage fatigue-related risks in the workplace. The course explores the legal responsibilities, industry codes, and best-practice strategies to ensure fatigue is identified, assessed, and effectively controlled. The course incorporates relevant legislative obligations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA) and Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022, and includes reference to the National Road Transport Fatigue Management Rules, WorkSafe WA Fatigue Management Guidance Notes, and industry-specific Codes of Practice.
